Jana Kramer became famous on the television show, playing Alex in the One Tree Hill series' final three years. She was featured in several episodes as a brand new country artist, which allowed her debut album reach the Billboard 200 Top 20. Thirty One by 2015 was the sequel and reached number Ten. In mid-2012, the track was featured on her first complete album Jana Kramer. It landed in the Top Five of the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. Kramer continued to appear in movies such as Heart of the Country 2013 or Country Crush 2016 which would appeal to her fans. Kramer dropped her second album Thirty One on Warner Music Nashville in October 2015. I Got the Boy (a Top Five country single) and Steven Tyler's duet on Aerosmith helped the album to achieve even greater success and landed at the third position on the Billboard 200. In September 2016, her two month stint on 23rd season of Dancing with the Stars ended with a 4th place finish. That year she also had an adult contemporary hit by releasing Feels Like Christmas featuring Straight No Chaser.
