Lady Gaga is an American pop singer, songwriter, and actress with an estimated worth of $320 million. Lady Gaga, also known as Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanyotta began her career as a musical theater and burlesque artist in the East Village in New York, seemingly attempting to follow the path of nightclub performers turned stars such as Bette Midler and Madonna. After many years of struggling before she found her method to record her debut album, as well as creating songs for Fergie and Britney Spears. Even though the album she released "The Fame" was not a huge success in the early days, "Just Dance", the album's first single album, became a huge success just five months after. The singer was on the road constantly in Europe as well as smaller clubs in the US. By 2009, a number of songs from the album were routinely playing on radio stations. In recognition of her dedication to the music she was awarded multiple Grammy nominations and two Grammy Awards. She continues to create excellent music and was the subject of headlines since then. She's vocally active in social activism as well as an exhibitionist who gets particular attention at awards shows.
